Abstract
The present invention relates toa conjugated diene-based polymer that maintains the physical properties of the conjugated diene-based polymer, except for processability, at the level of a highly linear conjugated diene-based polymer by introducing a branch into the linear conjugated diene-based polymer, thereby exhibiting improved processability while maintaining the mixing properties in a rubber composition at a high level, and a rubber composition comprising the same.

A conjugated diene-based polymer:
- comprising a conjugated diene-based monomer unit,
- having a cis bond content of 95.0 wt % or more, and
- having a difference between the maximum value and minimum value (Max−Min) of a phase angle confirmed in a range of an angular frequency 0.01 rad/s to 100 rad/s of 2.3° or more, when a dynamic viscoelasticity analysis is performed according to a change in frequency,
