Abstract
An anti-MUC17, anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 trispecific antibody is provided. The trispecific antibody targets tumor specific antigen MUC17, and also targets CD3 and costimulatory molecules CD28 expressed by T cells so as to provide a costimulatory signal for T cells, thus stimulating stronger and more effective killing activity. The trispecific antibody is expected to effectively overcome the drug resistance of solid tumors to T-cell engagers.
Claims17
A multispecific T-cell engager, comprising:
- a first targeting domain D1, wherein the D1 binds to a target protein selected from the group consisting of:
- CD3, CD28, CD40, CD137;
- an optional second targeting domain D2, wherein the D2 binds to a target protein selected from the group consisting of:
- CD3, CD28, CD40, CD137;
- and
- a third targeting domain D3, wherein the D3 comprises one or more MUC17 antigen-binding domains.
