Abstract
Provided are a novel nucleic acid construct encoding an insulin receptor fragment, use of the nucleic acid construct, etc. An aspect of the present invention is a nucleic acid construct encoding a fusion polypeptide which includes an intracellular domain of an insulin receptor and a membrane localization sequence.
Claims14
A nucleic acid construct encoding a fusion polypeptide, the fusion polypeptide including:
- an intracellular domain of an insulin receptor;
- and a membrane localization sequence.
A cell activation method, comprising
- the step of localizing, via a membrane localization sequence, an intracellular domain of an insulin receptor to a cell membrane within a cell.
A fusion polypeptide, comprising:
- an intracellular domain of insulin;
- and a membrane localization sequence.
