A method for treating a disease related to transient receptor potential channel protein and selected from the group consisting of pain, epilepsy, inflammation, respiratory disorder, pruritus, urinary tract disorder and inflammatory bowel disease;
- which comprises administering a compound of formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to a subject in need;
- wherein,
- A is benzofuranyl or indanyl;
- R1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl;
- and R2 is hydrogen or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl;
- X is an oxygen atom, or a sulfur atom;
- Y is CH or a nitrogen atom;
- R3 is hydrogen, halogen, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl;
- n is 1;
- “*” represents a chiral carbon atom, and the absolute configuration of the chiral carbon atom is S type;
- wherein, the “substituted” means that 1-4 hydrogen atoms on the group are substituted by a substituent selected from the group consisting of C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl, C1-C3 haloalkyl, halogen, nitro, cyano, hydroxyl, C1-C4 carboxyl, C2-C4 ester group, C2-C4 amide group, C1-C6 alkoxyl, C1-C6 haloalkoxy, benzyl, 5- or 6-membered aryl or heteroaryl.
