Abstract
Provided herein are radiolabeled compounds useful for minimally invasive imaging techniques. An exemplary radiolabeled compound provided herein is useful as a radiotracer for position emission tomography imaging of voltage gated sodium channels. Methods for prepared unlabeled and labeled compounds, and diagnostic methods using the compounds are also provided.

A compound of Formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- X1 is —NRNC(O)—;
- RN is H or C1-6 alkyl;
- L1 is a C1-3 alkylene group;
- Ar1 is phenyl or 6-membered heteroaryl, wherein the phenyl and 6-membered heteroaryl are each substituted by 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 independently selected R3 groups;
- R1 is C1-6 alkyl;
- R2 is C1-6 alkyl;
- and
- each R3 is halo or C1-6 alkyl;
- wherein the compound of Formula I comprises at least one radioisotope.
