Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a device for removing fluids and dirt from a moving handrail of an escalator or a moving walkway. The device comprises a holder and a scraper body having a scraper lip, wherein the scraper lip has a wedge-shaped cross-section. In addition, adjacent to the scraper lip, a collecting channel is formed in the scraper body.

- a holder;
- a scraper body comprising a scraper lip, wherein the scraper lip comprises a wedge-shaped cross-section;
