Claims18
A rigid, elongated, vertical diving backplate comprising:
- an upper part,
- a lumbar protection pad,
- a lower vertical adjustment part,
- a plurality of orifices for adjusting the vertical position of the lumbar protection pad, the orifices being aligned on a central longitudinal axis of the backplate,
- two segments parallel to the central longitudinal axis,
- two rails sliding parallel to the central longitudinal axis, each of the segments being able to receive a respective one of the rails,
- the adjustment orifices being located between the two segments, and
- a removable adjustment device cooperating with the segments, wherein
- the removable adjustment device is adapted for vertical sliding of each of the rails,
- the removable adjustment device comprises an adjustment button, a spring-loaded adjustment rod, a slide housing, and the two rails,
- the removable adjustment device is connected to the lumbar protection pad and to the two segments, and
- the removable adjustment device is able to displace vertically on the central longitudinal axis and horizontally on an axis perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis, so that the spring-loaded adjustment rod is received in one of the adjustment orifices in order to adjust a vertical position of the lumbar protection pad.
