Abstract
A vehicle headlamp apparatus includes: a first high beam unit capable of formation of a first high beam light distribution pattern and road surface drawing in a first irradiation range; and a second high beam unit capable of formation of a second high beam light distribution pattern in a second irradiation range. The first irradiation range is displaced downward with respect to the second irradiation range to include an overlapping area in which the first irradiation range and the second irradiation range overlap and a lower area below the overlapping area and outside the second irradiation range, and the first high beam unit forms a road surface drawing pattern in the lower area.
Claims10
A vehicle headlamp apparatus comprising:
- a first high beam unit capable of formation of a first high beam light distribution pattern and road surface drawing in a first irradiation range;
- and
- a second high beam unit capable of formation of a second high beam light distribution pattern in a second irradiation range,
- wherein the first irradiation range is displaced downward with respect to the second irradiation range to include an overlapping area in which the first irradiation range and the second irradiation range overlap and a lower area below the overlapping area and outside the second irradiation range, and
- wherein the first high beam unit forms a road surface drawing pattern in the lower area.
