Abstract
A method provides power loss displacement in an electric drive train. The electric drive train includes an electric motor and a pulse inverter electrically coupled to the electric motor. The method includes adjusting a temperature of the electric drive train by dynamically adjusting a switching frequency of the pulse inverter, thereby preventing thermal derating of the electric drive train.

A method for power loss displacement in an electric drive train, the electric drive train comprising an electric motor and a pulse inverter electrically coupled to the electric motor, the method comprising:
- adjusting a temperature of the electric drive train by dynamically adjusting a switching frequency of the pulse inverter, thereby preventing thermal derating of the electric drive train.
