Adjustable dumbbell

An adjustable dumbbell, comprising:

• a base;
• multiple weight plate selection assemblies, each weight plate selection assembly comprising a fixed part, a driving block, and a cam, the driving block is slidably connected to the fixed part, the driving block abuts against the outer edge of the cam under the elastic force of the first elastic member, the fixed part is rotatably connected to a first rotary tongue and a second rotary tongue, the first rotary tongue rotates out from one side of the fixed part, the second rotary tongue rotates out from the other side of the fixed part, the cam rotates relative to the fixed part, and the first rotary tongue and the second rotary tongue are respectively connected to the driving block;
• multiple weight plates, the multiple weight plates are disposed on the base, respectively and correspond one-to-one with the weight plate selection assembly, a first fixing groove is disposed at a position on the weight plate directly facing the first rotary tongue, the first rotary tongue rotates into or out of the first fixing groove from the upper part of the first fixing groove, a second fixing groove is disposed at a position on the weight plate directly facing the second rotary tongue, and the second rotary tongue rotates into or out of the second fixing groove from the upper part of the second fixing groove;
• a handle assembly comprising a handle rod, wherein the handle rod passes through multiple cams, and the cams rotate along with the handle rod;
• the handle rod rotates to drive the cam to rotate relative to the fixed part, the cam rotates to drive the driving block to slide, and the driving block slides to drive the first rotary tongue and second rotary tongue to synchronously rotate out or in the fixed part.
