Abstract
An electrical-component add-on is provided for attachment to a prosthetic cardiac valve including a tubular frame defining interconnected stent struts arranged so as to define interconnected stent cells. The electrical-component add-on includes a support and one or more electrical components. The support includes a stretchable sheet, which is shaped so as to facilitate attachment of the support to the tubular frame of the prosthetic cardiac valve by stretching of the stretchable sheet. The one or more electrical components are fixed to the support and include an antenna and one or more electrodes. Other embodiments are also described.

An electrical-component add-on for attachment to a prosthetic cardiac valve including a tubular frame defining interconnected stent struts arranged so as to define interconnected stent cells, the electrical-component add-on comprising:
- a support, comprising a stretchable sheet, which is shaped so as to facilitate attachment of the support to the tubular frame of the prosthetic cardiac valve by stretching of the stretchable sheet;
- and
- one or more electrical components, which are fixed to the support, and which comprise an antenna and one or more electrodes.
