In one aspect, the disclosure relates to isolated human antibodies that bind to at least one protein from a parainfluenza virus (PIV), including, but not limited to, PIV3, pharmaceutical compositions comprising same, methods of treating or preventing PIV infection using same, and methods for detecting PIV in a sample from a subject using same.
