Abstract
Personal care compositions are disclosed herein. In accordance with an aspect, provided is a personal care composition from about 1 to about 26 wt. % of a surfactant system comprising: (i) non-sulfate based anionic surfactant, (ii) nonionic surfactant, (iii) amphoteric surfactant, wherein the weight ratio of the nonionic surfactant to the amphoteric surfactant is from about 1.5:1 to about 3.5:1; from about 1 to about 30 wt. % of a polyol, wherein all weight percentages are based on the total weight of the personal care composition.
Claims20
A personal care composition comprising:
- from about 1 to about 26 wt. % of a surfactant system comprising:
- (i) non-sulfate based anionic surfactant,
- (ii) nonionic surfactant, and
- (iii) amphoteric surfactant,
- wherein the weight ratio of the nonionic surfactant to the amphoteric surfactant is from about 1.5:1 to about 3.5:1;
- and
- from about 1 to about 30 wt. % of a polyol,
- wherein all weight percentages are based on the total weight of the personal care composition.
A personal care composition comprising:
- a surfactant system comprising:
- (i) a taurate surfactant,
- (ii) glucoside surfactant, and
- (iii) betaine surfactant;
- and
- from about 1 to about 30 wt. % of a polyol,
- wherein the personal care composition is free of sulfate based anionic surfactants and has a natural origin index of about 90% or more based on ISO Standard 16128, wherein all weight percentages are based on the total weight of the personal care composition.
