Abstract

A leg supporting aid comprises a main body having a longitudinal direction (L) and a transverse direction (Q) in plan view. The longitudinal direction has a greater extent than the transverse direction. The main body has at least three placement regions (10, 11, 12, 13, 14) and at least two support regions (20, 21, 22, 23). In the longitudinal direction of the main body each of the support regions is respectively located between two placement regions connected to one another via the respective support region. The placement regions are coplanar. The support regions have different heights relative to the adjacent placement regions. Furthermore, the placement regions and support regions are manufactured in one piece and thus constitute the main body.
