A mobile cart and a lifting handle are provided for supporting an air pump. The cart includes a base with a plurality of wheels, a post projecting upward from the base, and a spool mounted to a distal end of the post, the spool having a cylindrical body arranged perpendicular to the post. The lifting handle includes a fastener portion for fastening to the air pump and a one-piece body defining a grip portion configured to be manually grasped by a user to carry the air pump fastened to the lifting handle, and a hook portion configured to removably engage the cylindrical body of the spool to support the air pump, fastened to the pump handle, on the post of the cart.
