Seated positioning system

A positioning system comprising:

• a base sheet;
• and
• an inflatable cushion assembly coupled to the base sheet, the inflatable cushion assembly comprising:
• a top sheet comprising a first interior surface coated with a first reactant,
• a bottom sheet comprising a second interior surface coated with the first reactant, the bottom sheet coupled to the top sheet on a periphery of the bottom sheet to form the inflatable cushion assembly, the first interior surface and the second interior surface positioned towards an interior of the inflatable cushion assembly,
• a first formed region extending a first distance from a first edge of the bottom sheet to define an inflatable inner cushion and an inflatable outer cushion,
• a first reservoir positioned at a first interior edge of the inflatable outer cushion and configured to enclose a second reactant, and
• a first activator positioned over the first reservoir and comprising a protrusion, the protrusion configured to pierce the first reservoir when a first force is applied to the first activator such that the second reactant releases and contacts the first reactant to facilitate a reaction, the reaction producing a first gaseous product configured to fill the inflatable outer cushion.
