Abstract
A lifestyle guidance system includes a sensor that acquires heartbeat information of a user, and a processor that acquires sleep state information of the user, that acquires autonomic nervous system information of the user, determined from the heartbeat information, that generates prediction information of the user while awake, and that generates improvement information indicating a lifestyle recommendation for the user, based on the prediction information.
Claims20
A lifestyle guidance system comprising:
- at least one sensor configured to acquire at least one of respiratory information indicating a respiration of a user, body movement information indicating a body movement of the user, and heartbeat information indicating a heartbeat of the user;
- and
- a processor configured to:
- acquire sleep state information indicating a sleep state of the user, that is determined from at least one of the respiratory information, the body movement information, and the heartbeat information;
- store the sleep state information in a storage device, as past sleep information;
- acquire autonomic nervous system information indicating a state of an autonomic nervous system of the user, that is determined from the heartbeat information;
- control an operation of a device located in an environment surrounding the user, based on at least one of the past sleep information stored in advance, and the autonomic nervous system information;
- generate prediction information indicating a predicted state of the user while awake, based on at least one of the past sleep information and the autonomic nervous system information;
- and
- generate improvement information indicating a lifestyle recommendation for the user, based on the prediction information.
