Abstract

Provided is a kitchen appliance operating method, in particular, a low-noise pulverizing method and pulping method of a food processor. A method for pulverizing a material by using a pulverizing blade (4) in a single operation comprises: a material pushing stage, involving: controlling the pulverizing blade (4) to accelerate from 0 to a first rotating speed at a first angular acceleration, wherein the duration of the material pushing stage does not exceed 600 ms, and a mixture of the material and water is instantaneously pushed to move; a uniform acceleration stage, involving: controlling the pulverizing blade (4) to uniformly accelerate to a second rotating speed at a second angular acceleration, so as to drive the material to move in an accelerated manner, wherein the second angular acceleration is less than the first angular acceleration, and the second rotating speed is greater than the first rotating speed; and the constant-speed pulverizing stage, involving: controlling the pulverizing blade (4) to maintain the second rotating speed so as to pulverize the material. In the pulverizing method in the present invention, a single pulverizing process of a pulverizing blade (4) is controlled by means of a brushless electric motor (3), thereby achieving lower noise during a pulping process, especially the noise each time pulverizing is started.
