Shower rod device with integrated lighting units

Abstract

A shower rod device with integrated lighting units is provided. Preferably, the device may be configured to support a curtain, such as a shower curtain, and to emit illumination in the environment proximate to the device. In some embodiments, the device may include an elongated body having a first end and a second end. An elongated channel may be formed in the elongated body. A light track may be coupled to the elongated body and positioned in the elongated channel, and the light track may have an elongated length. A plurality of lighting units may be coupled to the light track, and the plurality of lighting units may be dispersed along the elongated length of the light track. A lens cover may be positioned above the light track and the plurality of lighting units, and the lens cover may extend over each lighting unit of the plurality of lighting units.
