Abstract

Provided are a drop stitch inflatable air cushion bed and a manufacturing method thereof. The bed includes a hollow sealed bed body, which is provided with a main airbag chamber. The main airbag chamber is provided with a tension layer that is made of PVC wire drawn cloth. Upper and lower sides are made of PVC composite polyester fabric, there is dense drop stitch between the two sides. Two ends of the tension layer are connected to side walls of the main airbag chamber. After the main airbag chamber is inflated, the tension layer tightens and tightens the upper and lower walls of the bed body, forming a plurality of tight pressure resistant blocks on the walls. When a pressure resistant block is compressed, surrounding unpressurized pressure resistant blocks are pulled outward by the tension of the tension layer, offsetting some of the pressure and significantly reducing local depressions.
