Slide rail assembly

A slide rail assembly, configured to be mounted to a rack, the slide rail assembly comprising:

• a supporting frame comprising a blocking part;
• a movable rail longitudinally movable relative to the supporting frame;
• a limiting member arranged on the movable rail, the limiting member comprising a first limiting part;
• and
• a locking member arranged on the movable rail, the locking member comprising a locking part;
• wherein when the movable rail is located at a retracted position relative to the supporting frame and when the locking part is in a locking state relative to the blocking part, the locking part is configured to be blocked by the blocking part, in order to prevent the movable rail from being moved along an opening direction from the retracted position relative to the supporting frame;
• wherein the first limiting part and the rack form a first limiting mechanism;
• wherein when the movable rail is located at the retracted position relative to the supporting frame and when a first transverse force is applied to the movable rail, the first limiting part and the rack are configured to block each other in order to limit a range of the locking part transversely moving toward the blocking part;
• wherein when the locking part is in the locking state relative to the blocking part, the locking member is operable to move the locking part away from the blocking part to be no longer in the blocking state.
