Abstract
Provided is a flavor composition to which a flavor of grilled chicken skin is imparted. The flavor composition according to the present invention contains methyl 2-methyl-3-furyl disulfide and 2-acetylpyrrole, wherein the mass ratio of the content of 2-acetylpyrrole to the content of methyl 2-methyl-3-furyl disulfide is in a range from 0.001 to 1,000.

A flavor composition comprising methyl 2-methyl-3-furyl disulfide and 2-acetylpyrrole, wherein the mass ratio of the content of 2-acetylpyrrole to the content of methyl 2-methyl-3-furyl disulfide is from 0.001 to 1,000.
