Processing line and method for processing products of the food processing industry and in particular stunned poultry bodies

A processing line for processing products of the food processing industry, the processing line comprising:

• a transport device, configured and adapted for the suspended transport of separated products along a transport path in a transport direction;
• at least two processing stations which are arranged along the transport path, wherein the at least two processing stations are arranged one behind the other in the transport direction;
• and
• a control device for automated control of the processing line, wherein the transport device and each processing station of the at least two processing stations are connected to the control device;
• wherein a first processing station of the at least two processing stations is arranged upstream in the transport direction and is assigned a detection means which is configured and adapted for detecting a processing result from the first processing station and for transmitting information to the control device,
• wherein the processing line additionally comprises means for identifying products, and the control device is configured and adapted to process the information obtained from the detection means and to mark those products defined as being unsatisfactorily processed by activating the means for identifying along the transport path.
