Abstract
A laminated piezoelectric body having a total light transmittance of 80% or more includes: a piezoelectric film containing a fluorine-based resin as a main component; a transparent conductive layer having a surface resistivity of 1.0×104Ω/sq. or less; and one or more coating layers disposed between the piezoelectric film and the transparent conductive layer, the one or more coating layers each having a thickness of 0.05 μm or more. Each of the one or more coating layers has a refractive index higher than a refractive index of the piezoelectric film and lower than a refractive index of the transparent conductive layer, and a thickness of at least one of the one or more coating layers has a coefficient of variation of 0.05 or less.

A laminated piezoelectric body having a total light transmittance of 80% or more, the laminated piezoelectric body comprising:
- a piezoelectric film containing a fluorine-based resin as a main component;
- a transparent conductive layer having a surface resistivity of 1.0×104Ω/sq. or less;
- and
- one or more coating layers disposed between the piezoelectric film and the transparent conductive layer, the coating layers each having a thickness of 0.05 μm or more, wherein
- each of the one or more coating layers has a refractive index higher than a refractive index of the piezoelectric film and lower than a refractive index of the transparent conductive layer, and
- a thickness of at least one of the one or more coating layers has a coefficient of variation of 0.05 or less.
