A signal processing method, applied to a network device, comprising:

• sending a first signal and/or a second signal to a first device, thereby enabling the first device to obtain at least one of first synchronization information and first wake-up information according to the first signal and/or the second signal, and receive a wake-up signal according to at least one of the first synchronization information and the first wake-up information;
• sending a third signal to the first device;
• wherein the sending a first signal and/or a second signal to a first device, includes:
• sending the first signal to the first device in a first period;
• sending a second signal when service transmission or paging is required;
• wherein the sending a second signal, includes:
• sending the second signal with a second period within a first sending time window;
• or
• determining a sending resource location of the second signal according to a third signal;
• sending the second signal according to the sending resource location;
• wherein the first sending time window is determined according to a second receiving window, wherein the second receiving window is a receiving window used by the second device to obtain first-level synchronization information;
• wherein the determining a sending resource location of the second signal according to a third signal, includes:
• determining a position relationship parameter of the second signal and the third signal by one or more of the following manners;
• determining a sending resource position of the second signal according to the position relationship parameter;
• wherein the manners include:
• broadcast signal;
• pre-definition;
• high-level pre-configuration;
• downlink signal or channel.
