Abstract
A radio terminal receives a first message containing configuration information for a conditional handover. The radio terminal executes the conditional handover on a condition that a first threshold time period has expired, after receiving a first signal regarding low activity of a source cell of the conditional handover, following reception of the first message. For example, this contributes to improving a trigger for executing a conditional handover.

A radio terminal comprising:
- at least one memory;
- and
- at least one processor coupled to the at least one memory and configured to:
- communicate with a base station;
- and
- receive a first message containing configuration information for a conditional handover from the base station,
- wherein the configuration information contains:
- a first execution condition that does not require the radio terminal to receive first information regarding network energy saving (NES) of a source cell of the conditional handover in order for the conditional handover to be triggered;
- and
- a second execution condition that require the radio terminal to receive the first information in order for the conditional handover to be triggered.
