Abstract

The present application provides a call initiation processing method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a call initiation message sent by a UE, wherein the call initiation message indicates a call initiation S-CSCF and an S-CSCF address of the call initiation S-CSCF; if an S-CSCF address registered by the UE is not stored locally, and the success rate of a delivery message for the call initiation S-CSCF indicated by the call initiation message reaches a first preset threshold, determining the S-CSCF address of the call initiation S-CSCF as the S-CSCF address registered by the UE; if the S-CSCF address registered by the UE is not stored locally, and the success rate of the delivery message for the call initiation S-CSCF does not reach the first preset threshold, determining an S-CSCF address of an S-CSCF associated with the UE in subscription information of an HSS as the S-CSCF address registered by the UE; and according to the S-CSCF address registered by the UE, delivering a response message corresponding to the call initiation message.
