The present disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting higher data transmission rates. A method performed by a time sensitive communications and time synchronization function (TSCTSF) entity in a wireless communication system may comprise receiving internet protocol (IP) information on a user equipment (UE) from a session management function (SMF) entity, receiving IP information on a user plane function (UPF) entity from the UPF entity, receiving, from a deterministic networking (DetNet) controller, end-to-end (E2E) routing-related information for routing of a fifth generation system (5GS) including the TSCTSF entity, and identifying information on a parameter for the routing of the 5GS on the basis of the E2E routing-related information, wherein the routing of the 5GS may be based on the IP information on the UE and the IP information on the UPF entity.
