Abstract
Systems and methods are described for weighted routing in a network communication. Systems include circuits to, in response to receiving a packet, select an engine from a plurality of engines, use the selected engine to select a port, and transmit the packet via the selected port.

A system for providing data routing, the system comprising one or more circuits to:
- in response to receiving a packet, select an engine from a plurality of engines;
- use the selected engine to select a port;
- and
- transmit the packet via the selected port.
