A communication apparatus, comprising:

• a memory and a processor;
• wherein the memory is coupled to the processor;
• the memory is configured to store a computer program, and the processor, when executing the computer program, executes as follows:
• performing error correction encoding on a first bit sequence to obtain a second bit sequence;
• obtaining a third bit sequence stored in a circular buffer based on the second bit sequence, wherein a target subsequence in the third bit sequence is obtained by performing interleaving processing on a second subsequence in the second bit sequence based on a first subsequence in the second bit sequence, and a size of the first subsequence is an integer greater than 0;
• performing bit selection on the third bit sequence to obtain a fourth bit sequence;
• and
• sending the fourth bit sequence.
