Abstract
The present invention provides a power amplifier including a main circuit that includes an initial-stage transistor and a next-stage transistor, which are connected in cascode, and is configured to amplify an input signal to output a high-frequency amplified signal, and a bias circuit that is configured to apply a bias voltage to the next-stage transistor, in which the bias circuit is a constant voltage circuit that generates the bias voltage having a constant voltage based on a power supply supplied, from an outside, to a power supply terminal.

A power amplifier comprising:
- a main circuit that includes an initial-stage transistor and a next-stage transistor, which are connected in cascode, and is configured to amplify an input signal to output a high-frequency amplified signal;
- and
- a bias circuit that is configured to apply a bias voltage to the next-stage transistor,
- wherein the bias circuit is a constant voltage circuit that generates the bias voltage having a constant voltage based on a power supply supplied, from an outside, to a power supply terminal.
