Head-Wearable Device Including A Lens-Support Structure with a First Electronic Component Positioned on Top and an Over-Molded Second Electronic Component Positioned on Bottom

A system comprising:

• a lens-support structure having a top portion and a bottom portion;
• at least one first electronic component positioned on the top portion of the lens-support structure;
• at least one second electronic component positioned in the bottom portion of the lens-support structure, the at least second electronic component electrically coupled to the at least one first electronic component;
• and
• an over-mold portion configured to cover at least a portion of the at least one second electronic component.

A method for assembling a head-wearable device, comprising:

• providing a lens-support structure having a top portion and a bottom portion;
• assembling at least one first electronic component positioned on the top portion of the lens-support structure;
• assembling at least one second electronic component positioned in the bottom portion of the lens-support structure, the at least second electronic component electrically coupled to the at least one first electronic component;
• and
• over-molding a cover portion to cover at least a portion of the at least one second electronic component.
