Abstract
The present disclosure provides a relay comprising an arc induction shield structure so that damage to other constituent elements can be prevented while an arc is effectively extinguished. The relay comprising an arc induction shield structure, according to one aspect of the present disclosure, comprises a fixed contact, a movable contact, a housing and an arc chamber, and may comprise an arc induction pin.

A relay having an arc induction shield structure, the relay comprising:
- a fixed contact electrically connected to an external power source or load;
- a movable contact brought into contact with or separated from the fixed contact;
- a contact pressure spring configured to support a lower portion of the movable contact to apply elastic force;
- and
- an arc induction pin configured to induce a direction of an arc, which has been generated, such that the arc extends.
