This breaker device includes a casing, an igniter (2), a conductor (3), and a resin member (4). The igniter (2) generates gas. The resin member (4) is located inside the casing and embeds a portion of the conductor (3). The conductor (3) includes: a first terminal portion (31) protruding from the casing; a second terminal portion (32) protruding from the casing; and a conductive portion located below the igniter (2) and connecting the first terminal portion (31) and the second terminal portion (32). The resin member (4) includes a first recess group (45) including m by n first recesses (450) (where m is a natural number greater than or equal to 2 and n is a natural number greater than or equal to 1). In the first recess group (45), the m by n first recesses (450) are arranged in a matrix with m rows and n columns.
