Abstract
A system method that can operate autonomously to 1) determine that a user may be in distress or that a user parameter threshold has been exceeded such that an alarm event should be declared: 2) identify a proper third party to notify of the alarm event; and 3) to notify the third party as is appropriate in related to the nature of the alarm event. The system and method may utilize one or more AI agents running on a system server that is in communication with a user personal electronic device, or a wearable worn by the use. The system is intelligent in that it operates autonomously based on user parameter information transmitted to it, without any need for affirmative action by the user to declare an alarm event or emergency.
Claims35
A system for autonomously determining that an alarm event has occurred to a user and escalating an alarm to a third party, without a need for the user to take any affirmative action, comprising;
- a system server able to communicate with a user personal electronic device, a wearable worn on the body of a user, or both, said system server also able to communicate with a telephone system;
- said system server comprising a controller in communication with a computer readable media for storing computer-readable and executable instructions and data;
- said computer readable media comprising non-transitory computer readable and executable instructions for:
- receiving and storing the user's identifying indicia;
- receiving user parameter information from the user's personal electronic device or said wearable worn on the body of the user, and storing the user parameter information in the computer readable media;
- operating on said user parameter information, by one or more AI agents comprising the computer readable and executable instructions, to determine that an alarm event has occurred or is likely to occur;
- and
- transmitting an alarm message to a third party, said message comprising user identifying indicia and alarm event information.
A system for autonomously ascertaining the status of a user and escalating an alarm to a third party when the user is in a dangerous situation, without the need for the user to take affirmative action to escalate the alarm, comprising:
- a server able to communicate with a user's personal electronic device, a wearable worn on the body of a user, or both, said server also in communication with a telephone system, and said server comprising a controller in communication with a server non-transitory computer readable media for storing and retrieving computer readable instructions and data;
- wherein a check-in time has also been received by and stored in said server non-transitory computer readable media;
- and
- wherein event information has also been received by and stored in said server non-transitory computer readable media, wherein said event information comprises a location of a prospective meeting with a contact, a time and date of said meeting, and contact identifying indicia;
- and
- wherein contact identifying indicia has also been received by and stored in said system server non-transitory computer readable media;
- said system server non-transitory computer readable media also comprising instructions for transmitting at said check-in time a telephone call to said user's personal electronic device, said telephone call comprising a pre-recorded audio message to said user's personal electronic device;
- said server non-transitory computer readable media also comprising instructions for:
- receiving and storing the user's identifying indicia;
- receiving user parameter information from the user's personal electronic device, said wearable worn on the body of a user, or both, and storing the user parameter information in the computer readable media;
- operating on said user parameter information, by one or more AI agents comprising the computer readable and executable instructions, to determine whether an alarm event has occurred or is likely to occur;
- and
- escalating said alarm to said third party in the event said user does not answer said check-in telephone call, or in the event said user does not enter a correct personal identification number when prompted to do so by said pre-recorded audio message, or in the event that the one or more AI agents determine that an alarm event has occurred or is likely to occur;
- and
- wherein said escalation of an alarm to said third party is further defined as transmission of a message to said third party, said message comprising user identifying indicia, contact identifying indicia, user geographic location and event information.
A system for dispatching a first responder to an alarm event geographic location, comprising;
- a system server able to communicate with a user's personal electronic device, a wearable worn on the body of a user, or both;
- wherein said server is also in communication with an E911 tandem interface;
- and
- wherein said server comprises non-transitory computer readable and executable instructions for:
- receiving and storing said user's personal electronic device or wearable DID and said event information;
- receiving one or more user parameters;
- autonomously determining that an alarm event has occurred by operating on the one or more user parameters by one or more AI agents;
- generating alarm event information comprising a geographic location in response to determining that an alarm event has occurred;
- retrieving said personal electronic device or wearable DID, said event information, and said alarm event information from storage and converting it, in real time, an alarm event speech signal for communicating same via a voice call;
- transmitting said alarm event audio signal containing alarm event information to said E911 tandem interface via a system voice telephone call, such that said E911 tandem interface is able to determine the proper location PSAP having a jurisdictional geographic area that includes the geographic location of the alarm event;
- remaining connected to the location PSAP via the system voice telephone call while the location PSAP routes the system voice telephone call to the location PSAP;
- and
- communicating the alarm event audio signal to the PSAP, enabling the dispatch of first responders to the alarm event geographic location.
A method for autonomously determining that an alarm event has occurred to a user and alerting a third party, without a need for the user to take any affirmative action, comprising the steps of:
- a. receiving and storing a user's identifying indicia by a system server, said able to communicate with a user personal electronic device, a wearable worn on the body of a user, or both, said server also able to communicate with a telephone system, said server comprising a controller in communication with a computer readable media for storing computer-readable and executable instructions and data:
- b. receiving, by the system server, user parameter information from a user's personal electronic device, said wearable worn on the body of a user, or both, and storing the user parameter information in the computer readable media;
- c. operating on said user parameter information, by one or more AI agents comprising the computer readable and executable instructions, to determine that an alarm event has occurred, or is likely to occur;
- and
- d. transmitting an alarm message to a third party, said message comprising user identifying indicia and alarm event information.
