Control method for information processing apparatus, information processing apparatus, and storage medium

An information processing apparatus for executing an application configured to provide a browser function, the information processing apparatus comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• one or more memories storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the information processing apparatus to:
• receive information on a first web page displayed by a second web browser different from a first web browser provided by the application and information on a second web page displayed by the second web browser before the first web page;
• display the first web page using the first web browser based on the received information on the first web page;
• and
• based on selection of a predetermined object displayed with the first web page, display the second web page using the first web browser based on the information on the second web page,
• wherein the application is an application launched based on a predetermined operation being performed in the second web browser.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program for causing an information processing apparatus to execute a method, the information processing apparatus being configured to execute an application, the method comprising:

• receiving information on a first web page displayed by a second web browser different from a first web browser provided by the application and information on a second web page displayed by the second web browser before the first web page;
• displaying the first web page using the first web browser based on the received information on the first web page;
• and
• based on selection of a predetermined object displayed with the first web page, displaying the second web page using the first web browser based on the information on the second web page,
• wherein the application is an application launched based on a predetermined operation being performed in the second web browser.
