Fabrication method of display device

A fabrication method of a display device, comprising:

• forming a cover plate structure on a first side of a base layer, wherein the cover plate structure comprises a hard coating layer;
• inverting the base layer having the cover plate structure formed thereon, and placing the cover plate structure on a carrier plate with a second side of the base layer opposite to the first side facing away from the carrier plate;
• forming a circuit shielding layer on the second side of the base layer;
• forming a touch sensing layer on the circuit shielding layer and the base layer, wherein forming the touch sensing layer comprises sequentially forming a first sensing electrode, a first insulating layer, a second sensing electrode, and a second insulating layer;
• providing a display panel;
• forming a water vapor barrier layer on the display panel;
• bonding a light guide plate to the water vapor barrier layer through a first adhesive layer;
• and
• bonding the light guide plate to the touch sensing layer through a second adhesive layer.
