Image forming apparatus

An image forming apparatus comprising:

• a main body;
• a first developing unit including a first developing container configured to store first toner, and a first developing roller configured to bear the first toner;
• a second developing unit including a second developing container configured to store second toner, and a second developing roller configured to bear the second toner;
• a moving unit that the first developing unit and the second developing unit are attachable to and detachable from and that is movable between an inner position and an outer position with respect to the main body in a state in which the first developing unit and the second developing unit are attached to the moving unit, the inner position being a position where the first developing unit and the second developing unit are in the main body, the outer position being a position where the first developing unit and the second developing unit are exposed to an outside of the main body,
• a first toner container that is attachable to and detachable from the main body and configured to store the first toner and discharge the first toner;
• a second toner container that is attachable to and detachable from the main body and configured to store the second toner and discharge the second toner;
• a first passage which communicates with the first toner container and the first developing container and through which the first toner passes when the first toner discharged from the first toner container is conveyed toward the first developing container;
• and
• a second passage which communicates with the second toner container and the second developing container and through which the second toner passes when the second toner discharged from the second toner container is conveyed toward the second developing container,
• wherein in a case where a direction of a rotation axis of the first developing roller is a first direction and a direction intersecting with both a gravity direction and the first direction is a second direction,
• the first developing unit and the second developing unit are aligned in the second direction,
• the moving unit is movable in the second direction with respect to the main body, and
• the first toner container and the second toner container are aligned in the second direction, and are respectively arranged below the first developing unit and the second developing unit in the gravity direction.

An image forming apparatus comprising:

• a main body;
• a first developing unit provided in the main body and including a first developing container configured to
• store first toner, and a first developing roller configured to bear the first toner;
• a second developing unit provided in the main body and including a second developing container configured to
• store second toner, and a second developing roller configured to bear the second toner;
• a first toner container configured to store the first toner and discharge the first toner;
• a second toner container configured to store the second toner and discharge the second toner;
• a moving unit that the first toner container and the second toner container are attachable to and
• detachable from and that is movable between an inner position and an outer position with respect to the main body in a state in which
• the first toner container and the second toner container are attached to the moving unit,
• the inner position being a position where the first toner container and the second toner container are in the main body,
• the outer position being a position where the first toner container and the second toner container are exposed to an outside of the main body,
• a first passage which communicates with the first toner container and the first developing container and through which the first toner passes when the first toner discharged from the first toner container is conveyed toward the first developing container;
• and
• a second passage which communicates with the second toner container and the second developing container and through which the second toner passes when the second toner discharged from the second toner container is conveyed toward the second developing container,
• wherein in a case where a direction of a rotation axis of the first developing roller is a first direction and
• a direction intersecting with both a gravity direction and the first direction is a second direction,
• the first developing unit and the second developing unit are aligned in the second direction,
• the first toner container and the second toner container are aligned in the second direction, and are respectively arranged below the first developing unit and the second developing unit in the gravity direction, and
• the moving unit is movable in the second direction with respect to the main body.
