Abstract
A battery diagnosis apparatus includes an information obtaining unit configured to receive an output signal from each of a plurality of battery cells of a battery pack to which an alternating-current input signal is applied and a controller configured to compare the output signal with a reference signal to determine whether correction is required, generate a corrected signal by correcting the output signal when correction is required, and determine a state of each of the plurality of battery cells based on characteristics of the corrected signal.

A battery diagnosis apparatus comprising one or more processors configured to:
- receive an output signal from each of a plurality of battery cells of a battery pack to which an alternating-current input signal is applied;
- and
- compare each of the output signals with a reference signal to determine that correction is required for at least one of the output signals;
- generate a corrected signal by correcting the at least one output signal;
- and
- determine a state of each of the plurality of battery cells based on characteristics of the corrected signal or the output signal, the corrected signal replacing the output signal for the at least one output signal determined that correction is required.
A battery diagnosis method comprising:
- receiving an output signal from each of a plurality of battery cells of a battery pack to which an alternating-current input signal is applied;
- comparing each of the output signals with a reference signal to determine that correction is required for at least one of the output signals;
- generating a corrected signal by correcting the at least one output signal;
- and
- determining a state of each of the plurality of battery cells based on characteristics of the corrected signal or the output signal, the corrected signal replacing the output signal for the at least one output signal determined that correction is required.
A non-transitory computer readable medium for storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform a battery diagnosis method, the method comprising:
- receiving an output signal from each of a plurality of battery cells of a battery pack to which an alternating-current input signal is applied;
- comparing each of the output signals with a reference signal to determine that correction is required for at least one of the output signals;
- generating a corrected signal by correcting the at least one output signal;
- and
- determining a state of each of the plurality of battery cells based on characteristics of the corrected signal or the output signal, the corrected signal replacing the output signal for the at least one output signal determined that correction is required.
