Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing a dry film (3), wherein a dry powder mixture is processed into the dry film (3) by a rolling device comprising a first roller (2a) and a second roller (2b). The first roller (2a) has a higher circumferential rotational speed than the second roller (2b), and the dry film (3) is placed on the first roller (2a).
Claims24
1-22. (canceled)
A method for producing a dry film, in which
- a dry powder mixture is processed into the dry film by a rolling device having a first roll and a second roll,
- wherein the first roll has a higher rotational peripheral speed than the second roll, and
- wherein the produced dry film is supported on the first roll and has a thickness of less than 200 μm.
A dry film produced with the method of claim 8, wherein the fibrils have a length of 0.1 μm to 1000 μm.
Electrode for an energy storage unit, comprising
- a substrate comprising a metallic material;
- and
- a dry film which has a thickness of less than 200 μm and is applied to the substrate;
- wherein the dry film has a corrugated structure, wherein a periodicity of the corrugated structure is discernible.
A rolling device for producing a dry film, the rolling device having a first calender roll and a second calender roll,
- wherein a dry powder mixture is introduced into a nip between a first calender roll and a second calender roll,
- wherein the first and the second calender rolls are configured or driven such that the first calender roll has a higher rotational peripheral speed than the second calender roll, and such that the first and the second calender rolls respectively have an opposite direction of rotation, and
- wherein the rolling device is configured to produce the dry film supported on the first calender roll and having a thickness of less than 200 μm.
