Abstract
An auxiliary unlocking system and method for a vehicle is provided. The auxiliary unlocking system comprises a first operating element assembly operably connected to a closure member of the vehicle and located outside the vehicle. The first operating element assembly is configured to be actuatable to perform security verification and unlock the closure member only when state of charge of a battery of the vehicle is less than a threshold value. In addition, a vehicle comprises the auxiliary unlocking system.
Claims20
An auxiliary unlocking system for a vehicle, the auxiliary unlocking system comprising:
- a first operating element assembly operably connected to a closure member of the vehicle and located outside the vehicle, wherein the first operating element assembly is configured to be actuatable to perform security verification and unlock the closure member only when state of charge of a battery of the vehicle is less than a threshold value.
A vehicle, comprising:
- a battery having a state of charge;
- a closure member;
- and
- an auxiliary unlocking system comprising a first operating element assembly operably connected to the closure member and located outside the vehicle, wherein the first operating element assembly is configured to be actuatable to perform security verification and unlock the closure member only when the state of charge of the battery is less than a threshold value.
An auxiliary unlocking method for a vehicle, comprising the steps of:
- determining a state of charge of a battery of the vehicle;
- and
- performing security verification and unlocking a closure member of the vehicle via a first operating element assembly only when the state of charge of the battery is less than a threshold value.
