The present invention relates to a C-channel steel having enhanced fastening strength and, more preferably, to a C-channel steel having enhanced fastening strength for enabling, when roof members, walls, steel structures and solar structures (hereinafter, referred to as “panels”) of a building are coupled to the C-channel steel by means of fasteners (fastening screws, bolts and the like) in order to support and fix same, the panels to be fixed thereto since the fastener fastened to the C-channel are firmly fastened without separation even if the panel receives vibration, receives wind pressure or external pressure, or undergoes contraction and expansion due to seasonal changes in temperature. The C-channel steel comprises: an upper horizontal plate 20 bent on the upper side of a side surface plate 10; an upper vertical plate 30 bent toward the lower side of the upper horizontal plate 20; a first inner horizontal plate 40 bent toward the inner side of the upper vertical plate 30 and formed to have a space from the side surface plate 10; a lower horizontal plate 50 bent on the lower side of the side surface plate 101; and a lower vertical plate 60 bent toward the upper side of the lower horizontal plate 50, thereby enhancing the fastening strength of the fasteners 110.
