Abstract
A building includes a roofing board, an exterior wall panel, a roof air passage disposed along the roofing board, an upper wall air passage on an inside of the exterior wall panel, and a restricting part. The restricting part is provided so as to connect from an upper surface of the roofing board to a waterproofing sheet, and restricts entering of water to an exterior wall base and the upper surface of the roofing board. A panel lower end portion of the exterior wall panel forms an air intake port. A connection passage that connects the roof air passage and the upper wall air passage is formed on an inside of the restricting part.
Claims7
A building comprising:
- a roof having a roof base and a roof ventilation passage provided below the roof base along the roof base;
- an exterior wall erected on an end portion of the roof and including an exterior wall base, an exterior wall panel disposed on an outside of the exterior wall base, a waterproof member that is disposed on an outer surface of the exterior wall base so as to extend in an up-down direction and restricts entry of water into the exterior wall base, and an exterior wall ventilation passage provided along the exterior wall panel toward an upper end portion of the exterior wall panel between the exterior wall panel and the waterproof member;
- and
- a restricting part that is provided so as to be connected to the waterproof member from an upper surface of the roof base and restricts entry of water into the upper surface of the roof base and the exterior wall base,
- wherein the exterior wall panel includes a panel lower end portion that is disposed above the restricting part at an interval and forms an air intake port communicating with the exterior wall ventilation passage between the panel lower end portion and the restricting part, and
- a connection passage that connects the roof ventilation passage and the exterior wall ventilation passage is formed on an inside of the restricting part.
