Abstract
A production method for a peptide comprising translating in a cell-free translation system using an initiator tRNA comprising a nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1, (SEQ ID NO: 1) GCGCN1N2N3N4N5N6N7N8N9GCGC (in SEQ ID NO: 1, N1 to N9 each independently represent any base, N1 to N9 form a D-loop, and GCGC forms a base pair with GCGC).
