Abstract
The present invention provides a polyvinyl alcohol resin that enables the production of a ceramic green sheet with an aqueous solvent, reduces sedimentation of inorganic powder to impart excellent flexibility and strength to the ceramic green sheet, and enables the production of a highly reliable ceramic capacitor. Provided is a polyvinyl alcohol resin having an adsorption amount on barium titanate of 0.05 to 5 mg/g.

A polyvinyl alcohol resin having an adsorption amount on barium titanate of 0.05 to 5 mg/g.
A resin composition comprising:
- a polyvinyl alcohol resin;
- an inorganic powder;
- and
- a plasticizer,
- the polyvinyl alcohol resin having an adsorption amount on the inorganic powder of 0.05 to 5 mg/g.
