Abstract
Provided are bispecific binding agents (e.g., bispecific antibodies or Fc constructs) for use in companion animals (e.g., dogs and cats), pharmaceutical compositions comprising such bispecific binding agents, and methods of use thereof.
Claims70
A bispecific antibody comprising:
- (a) a first binding domain that binds to a first antigen, wherein the first binding domain is linked to a first companion animal Fc region variant;
- and
- (b) a second binding domain that binds to a second antigen, wherein the second binding domain is linked to a second companion animal Fc region variant;
- wherein at least one of the first binding domain and the second binding domain comprises a single-domain antibody.

An Fc construct comprising:
- (a) a first polypeptide comprising a first companion animal Fc region variant;
- and
- (b) a second polypeptide comprising a second companion animal Fc region variant,
- wherein the first companion animal Fc region variant and the second companion animal Fc region variant comprise complementary dimerization selectivity modules that promote dimerization between the first companion animal Fc region variant and the second companion animal Fc region variant, and
- wherein the first polypeptide or the second polypeptide does not comprise an antibody.
