Abstract
Provided herein are an anti-VEGFA fusion protein, and a preparation method thereof and the use thereof. The anti-VEGFA fusion protein has a high affinity with VEGFA, can effectively block the binding of VEGFA to receptor VEGFR, block the VEGFA signaling pathway and effectively block pathological processes such as vascular endothelial cell proliferation and angiogenesis caused by VEGFA, and thus can be potentially applied to the treatment of VEGFA-related diseases.
