A passenger-carrying folding pedal of an outdoor folding electric trailer includes a folding frame, where a power wheel is mounted at a bottom of an end of the folding frame, a control rod is mounted at an end of the folding frame, a folding pedal assembly is rotatably arranged below an end of the folding frame provided with the control rod, and the folding pedal assembly is movably connected to a universal wheel assembly. Passenger-carrying use of the electric trailer is achieved through the folding pedal assembly, and the user experience of a user is improved. Fixing of the folding pedal assembly is achieved, and normal movement of the electric trailer is not affected due to the movable arrangement of the universal wheel assembly, thus improving the practicability and convenience of the electric trailer.
