Abstract
The embodiments disclose a unified framework for governed artificial intelligence systems, wherein Al agents operate under user-aligned control using a trust-modulated behavioral core, the system integrates a user-owned memory Vault, dynamic trust and value scoring feedback engine (TQ/VQ), adaptive model routing, a synthetic reward and curiosity engine, and explainable behavior modification protocols, all agent outputs are scaled by a real-time trust relationship with the user, this invention enables sovereign Al instances to evolve responsibly, protect user data, and prioritize ethical alignment while remaining dynamically adaptive.
