Abstract
A printing system includes an inkjet head and a powder application apparatus. The inkjet head includes a first nozzle configured to eject color ink to a first image region of a transfer film to form an image to be transferred to a transfer medium. The powder application apparatus is configured to apply a white powder and an adhesive powder onto the color ink ejected to the first image region.
Claims16
A printing system comprising:
- an inkjet head including a first nozzle configured to eject color ink to a first image region of a transfer film to form an image to be transferred to a transfer medium;
- and
- a powder application apparatus configured to apply a white powder and an adhesive powder onto the color ink ejected to the first image region.
A printing method comprising:
- ejecting color ink to a first image region of a transfer film to form an image to be transferred to a transfer medium;
- and
- applying a white powder and an adhesive powder onto the color ink ejected to the first image region.
A mixed powder to be applied onto an image to be transferred to a transfer medium, the mixed powder comprising:
- a white powder to be applied onto color ink ejected to a transfer film from an inkjet head;
- and
- an adhesive powder that causes the white powder to adhere to the transfer medium.
